I am a certified personal trainer the ability of 24 hours. I have 3 certifications NASM CPT, NASM PES fitness, 24 hours and APEX for nutrition and supplements, and I have a black belt in karate.
Yes, I'm in my 40 years and have discovered that he could lose weight. Just when I think I'm in a scaled down, I will win 3 or more pounds again. It is difficult not giving up. I am currently taking belly dance classes and practice at home every day for 45 minutes, I work on a stability ball (which I love every morning) for 30 minutes and I try to eat healthy, low in several small meals rich in fat, low in carbohydrates. I think the pasta is my enemy although the whole grain or wheat pasta. Rice and small amounts of potatoes are not so bad, but still not the best. What do you suggest?
