How does using laxatives bulimia work?

I am writing an article for a health class and I'm not sure how the use of laxatives. I know how vomiting works inside and out. Things I like to know: side effects (positive and negative, including the timing, if possible) why is "better" than iduced vomiting is "worse" than vomiting iduced how nutrition is obtained (ie, the "marker" vomiting) how often one is forced to purge the frequency or the time one is forced to binge long form is inteval between "feeding periods" I'm open to the facts of someone qualified to diagnose eating disorders, a person who has a friend who is / was, someone who is / has suffered bulimia.
