What is the best diet / Fitness Plan book?

I want a book that is motivating and inspiring time to lose weight and get fit. Ideally, if gave him a real plan of diet and exercise plan, along with tips on how to implement healthy habits. I want to make clear that I do not want a book like "Diet South Beach "or" Weight Watchers ", none of these fad diet books, where you have to buy a certain type of food … I want something that helps me change my lifestyle and nutrition in a positive way. I try to do a video step aerobic 4-5 times a week. when it was cooler for an hour i wallk 5-6 days a week (treated). The food is based on the amount of calories you suggested on the basis of the information you put in (height, weight, body type) and are free to use any eating plan. if you use the exchange plan (food pyramid) that will tell you how much protien, fruits, vegetables, etc. (Protien not have to be the meat:) this is the to eat a more balanced, but like I said, it has to do what works for you. I lost 35 pounds since May-exercise slow and steady, but more i lose more. I am a mother of 3 – and not always do enough aerobic, but a little is better than nothing in my book!
