Building muscle / bodybuilding – diet / nutrition?
I'm on the cutting phase, so my protein / carb / intake fat is 40/40/20 Why do I have the 20% fat in my diet? 45/45/10 I could not make to cut the fat? Wud this is a good idea?
I think it would be wise to cut down on carbohydrates than fat, if you really want to look out. When cutting, healthy fats is recommended b / c the body will use them, keto especially if you will, but with a 40/20/20, no closer to keto believe me.
