What do you think about Graviola as an alternative treatment for cancer?

It has been said that Graviola killed cancer cells and is 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy, but has only been tested in rats. Think you might have similar results if used on humans?

If I were a rat and had cancer would be my first choice of treatments, assuming that the positive results that claims not only occurs in a test tube. If I were a man with cancer and wanted to live, I'd like to see an oncologist as soon as possible because there is no substance as graviola has proved to be a effective against cancer than the Internet, where anyone can say anything and have zero real test of life to support that claim. If you really cure graviola cancer in humans can be sure that oncologists would be rushing to use it instead of letting their patients die from cancer.
