Cancer Treatments In Dogs

Can anyone suggest a treatment for cancer, dying dog?
I have an American Eskimo 11-year-old female. had surgery the year past mamory cancer and is now a mass in his lungs. He said the surgery does not help, but may try homeopathic treatments. I love my beloved dog and want to help at least make you feel comfortable. Can you suggest something safe for dogs. They put hydrocodone cough and made it bleed.
Unfortunately, I do not think there's much I can do … We had a dog die of cancer all he could do was to make life as comfortable as we could
