WIC provides federal grants to states for food supplementary references to health and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding and no breastfeeding, postpartum, and infants and children up to five years of age who are at nutritional risk. http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/
If you can not feed them not to race. It's another charity required to support those who can not use birth control correctly. It is not my son, not my wife, my daughter or grandchild …. not my problem I have to help the force.
