Should not even bother with a colon cleanse?

I have a lot of weight to lose, and I need at least look thinner in a short period of time, for a special – and obviously not planned – event. I've heard that colon cleansing can help to clean 10-20 pounds of useless junk your body and make you feel much better, and even give you a flat stomach. Is this true? Thing is, my body seem to work well. I have very loose stools, but I have had several years of bingeing. If I use my body a day anyway, is there somewhere to buy these products? I do not want anything to Senna or a laxative effect, as the ruin of their intestines. I just want something to clean all the junk so you can feel better, look thinner, and start again. Any idea which products are best (in Australia) that can be purchased in capsule / pill form in the pharmacy? Is that even work? Thanks for any advice!

First, "loose stools" are not considered healthy. Must be solid and form a "s" out of the body shape. You should not having to force them out, either. Second, if you want a colon cleanse, then go to the doctor. Do not buy more things against. Just does not seem safe. They can sell what they want, even if it causes bodily harm. You should eat well and exercise. Do a lot of cardio / strength / abs every day. You should see quick results with that combination.
