Colon Cleansing Belly Fat

I have formulated a diet plan (sounds kinda fancy) for the month of April. In it includes a colon cleanse/fast that will last for 5 days. I plan to start tomorrow. My question is: should I start off with the cleanse, or should I do it in the middle of April. Or does it really matter? I just don’t want to screw up my metabolism, because I am on this diet to lose the little belly fat i have and overall tone up. Swim suit season and what not
And also, I plan to get in 4 days of cardio, and I’m shooting for over a 30 min run. What should my daily diet be? And any other tips to tone up?

The best way to get into a fast isn’t really what month, rather how you do it. Ease yourself into it- begin by drinking more liquids and slowly cutting food out. Not all of it, but say, a chocolate bar will be replaced by juice. A second slice of pizza by juice. So, you can begin this prep tomorrow, but the fast itself will be later. What kind of colon cleanse are you doing? What does it include? That’s really helpful for me to give you advice.
Ah, and by easing your way into it, you won’t mess up your metabolism.
While you’re fasting, don’t do all of the cardio because your body simply can’t handle it. You can exercise, do your running and all, but focus more on crunches and push-ups or weight training to replace some of your cardio. Much less strain on your body.
Are you talking about your daily diet apart from the cleanse?
