Colon Cleansing Biomar

What is the best colon cleansing program out there? We have seen a doctor, but would like to address two of a natural approach?

From I had my gallbladder in 2004, I had major issues tract and was recently diagnosed in an appointment with a gastroenterologist, who has IBS. Almost Every day I feel terrible, slow. I have heard of colon cleansing helps digestive problems and I've tried Dr. Natura Colonix and it was pretty good, I felt good for nearly a month after having gone through that program, but now that time has passed, more than a year since Dr. Natura Colonix finished, my symptoms IBS are back full force. I feel terrible slow and I can say, every day now. Recently I've been watching some infomercial about a new product Biomar. Any heard of it and / or tested and know if it's good?

Once I had digestive problems for years as diverticulosis. I tried different things, including colon cleansing and various supplements. It was not until it has definitely changed my diet all my digestive problems have disappeared. You should limit animal protein and avoiding all refined foods and sugars, and salt. Eating a plant-based nutrient-rich diet with lots of vegetables and raw and cooked beans. Oatmeal is good. The emphasis is a lot of natural fibers. You may need to change your diet gradually as your digestive system can not handle a sudden change. I started with the consumer oatmeal for breakfast five days a week with some raw nuts and cranberries in the oatmeal. Add salad for lunch and dinner and add more vegetables and at least 4 servings of fresh fruit daily consumption of animal foods should fall naturally, unless you are a food addict. It is also very important to avoid all dairy products. I have only frozen 2 or 3 times a year, now I can use to have several times a week. And you know what? Do not miss it much. I use crave it, but have not as forward any longer.
