im going on a colon cleansing diet for 3 days. i found it on the internet and its supposed to be really healthy. however to make this diet happen you need to only drink a juice blend made of carrotts, beets, spinach, apples and coconuts.
my question is how many glasses a day should i drink of this? but remember this is the only thing i can eat unless im starving then i can eat a slice of toast or something.
