What brand of colon cleansing kit or diet, what works?

Need something to really clean. Have suffered years, bloating, constipation, etc.. just heard that cleanliness is very good but many in the market, I'm not sure what to buy. The price range is so varied, anywhere from 200.00 to 8.00? This is confusing. Hearing also helps you lose weight. Is this true? I would love to lose 20 pounds to 10. Any products out there that really works in the diet. Although I am very active and always moving, very tired and busy to exercise, so how I can losing my last 10-20 pounds?
