acai berry diet and colon cleanse?

ok i’ve been doing some research on the net I i am still undecisive about trying the acai berry diet with the colon cleanse. There are so many sites and blogs that convince me that it works but there are also lots of other sites that say it’s a scam. Is there anyone that HAS TRIED it and has found results?

Acai has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss, it’s nothing but a berry full of antioxidants, no different from a blueberry. And the benefits you are getting from a pill are minimal as the antioxident quantities are much less than found in fresh fruit. And colon cleanse is just another fancy name for a laxative which makes you go to the toilet all the time and lose water weight, that comes back the second you eat or drink anything.
