Colon cleanse, bloody stool movement?

I’m on a 3 day colon cleanse and I’ve had my second stool movement. It came out a bit red and there was red on the toilet paper. It didn’t look bloody red, it looked like a faded red. This colon cleanse involves making juices which some contain beets, and all colorful fruits and vegetables. Could it just be from the food or is it blood?

Probably the the food. Just keep a watch on your BM. If you think it is blood, stop taking it, and go see a doctor. Good Luck
