I want to start the new year with a body cleanse. I need help!?

I want to start the new year with a body cleanse. After researching, I have found alot of information about Bentonite Clay and Psyllium Husk. Can anyone give some advice regarding these items (like how much to take or how often) or a body (or colon) cleanse that you recommend? I really want something that works. Thanks!

If there is anything in your colon that needed cleansing out you would have been dialing 911 instead of posting this question. I have had 2 colonoscopies with pictures and I can tell you that if you take a laxative, drink liquids, and poop until water comes you are as cleansed as you are going to get and this does nothing to keep you healthy if you are eating a regular diet. The clay and husk do nothing to help you either.
