Colon Cleansing Colonics

I have colon hydration treatments once in a while (colonics). This last time I had a lot of hard hard impacted waste that didn’t come out much or easily. I’m now on the cleansing routine where I take fiber pills daily and drink some tea for the next 6 days.
My problem is this: It took a while again to even get the fiber pills to work. Today is my first normal day. The last BM I had came out blood red, I mean blood red!
Is this cause for alarm? I don’t think it was blood, but stranger things have happened before…
You know it actually turned out to be because I drank a ton of carrot juice before work? I’m still laughing about it… oh, wait, now I have to run to the bathroom again! Thanks!
Depending on your age, you might want to think about a colonoscopy. Get it once and get peace of mind. I had one last year and it was easy (the worst part was drinking that salty whatever-o-lite cr@p they give you – hint: refrigerate it until it’s REALLY cold).
It can never hurt to check it our and you’ll know.
