Colon cleansing pills, what can you expect?

CVS just bought the 14 days of colon cleansing. I have no idea what excpet. I have 21 years old, I'm doing to lose weight.'m doing because I felt very bloated for the past few months. I think it's my birth control. I find it very constipated (Sorry TMI, I know) I thought this would help me just cleaned. I've also started a new diet, no dairy, no caffiene. and I wanted to start fresh. Lost my system. What I can wait, I'll be myself uncontrollably shit or what? lol

I'm not familiar with that brand of colon cleansing .. but since it is the name generic brand, I guess that is not the best product. There are some brands that are trusted, and I'd like to see take one of these – Herbs Oxypowder, Colonix or blessed. These are the best on the market, based on the sources of ingredients and herbs. Oxypowder is an oxygen colon cleanser that lasts about 7-10 days. This is the best product that works best for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but also help with bloating, constipation, etc. is more Colonix a fiber-based cleaner that will help you clean, but it takes 30-90 days and need to drink plenty of water during that time. It is a good product, but takes longer. I would like try to get a different product, simply because they have proven to be the best. Good luck!
