Colon Cleansing Debris

Over my life i have consistantly used short fasting to stop the onset of colds and flus. I now rarely get sick and when i do start to feel the onset i fast for one or two days and my sickness cures itself. I know the benefits of fasting. However, i now plan to do a longer strick 10-14 day water fast and was wondering if anyone has an opinion on using a sea salt oral flush versus an enema. During my short fasts i have no need to cleanse the colon. But for this longer fast i may need to help break up debris in the colon and again was wondering which method would work best and be the most beneficial?
detoxing doesn’t work, the colon doesn’t need cleansing. and i would doubt you will be able to cure a viral infection(which is what colds and flus are) by not eating. read source link for a detailed article on the subject(mp3 available if you would rather listen than read)
