detoxing. please help?

Hi, thanks for helping me out. I want to detox (colon cleanse) but I cant pay for meds or pills. How can you detox with just food, or is there a cleanser that is really uncostly?

You can try Apple cider vinegar. Drink about 2 shots at night. Its very nasty lol but it works. Drinking tons of water works. And also most important for colon cleansing you gotta get lots of fiber.

EDIT – Also when cleansing, whole food are the best to eat compared to processed food.

EDIT – Blossom, When detoxing on just water will not help you really detox for your colon and intestinal track. Majority of the bacteria build up comes from water. So eating whole foods will help digesting better. But it will take a little longer but its healthier then eating nothing.
