101FM WRIF in Detroit, Drew and Mike in the morning?

Drew and Mike used to talk abou this guy on their moring show. They called him “DR. POO” or something like that. He was/is a real doctor. The guy was selling some kind of colon/digestive tract cleanser that was supposed to produce 1-2 ft. long bowel movements. Anyone know the name of the product? I haven’t listened to them in ages, I can’t get them where I live now.
