Colon Cleansing Diabetes

Hi all,
I hope someone might have an answer or a suggestion to my question.
I get really dull lower back pains after eating something sweet or greasy. My lower back almost feels sore, as in I slept on a concrete floor.I know it’s not diabetes, cause I was tested for it. Nor do I have any problems with my colon; I do colon cleansing every other month. I exercise every day, drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy. I just don’t know what it is. My doctor thinks I slept wrong. I DON’T THINK SO! I only get them pains after eating sweets and greasy food. I do have a history of severe migraines, but I don’t think they have anything to do with my back pains.
Does anyone have the same symptoms, or have a solution for my pains, or maybe even know what it is? Anything would be highly appreciated, cause at this point I don’t know what to do.

Well the greasy foods could be your gallbladder. Organ pain can be refered so you don’t feel it anywhere near the actual location. Thats my only suggestion.
