First, if you want to lose weight, you can not deceive. Only firm determination to follow a healthy, balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains and meats Regular exercise will result in weight loss. As for colon cleansing, there is no scientific research indicating the benefits are real. It is likely, however, suffer from vomiting, nausea, cramps, dizziness, a sign of dehydration (which can cause mineral imbalances), the strands of mucus (a signal that the body views the cleanser as a toxin), possible drug interactions intestinal perforation, infection and possible side effects. Also, if you irrigate the colon, you may only experience a few kilos of weight loss either due to a drop in water weight or the accumulation of feces if you're constipated. Beyond that, there is no guarantee that you will keep the weight off for an extended period of time and can not eliminate fats, only the waste products of food and beverages. The best option, a healthy diet and balanced diet and exercise. Talk to your doctor about this and he or she say the same. Hope this helps and good luck!
