help? colon cleansing which one?

i want to clean my colon. my doctor says laxatives are a short term fix. i want something that is going to last. i have doe so much research on this its ridiculous. everytime i would find something that looks like it would work, i find something else that looks safer. Natura cleanse and Leanspa with acai have been the 2 that look like they work well together. im not looking for a quick fix for weight loss. i KNOW that i am toxic and i need help figuring out which colon cleansers to use. i want to use one in combination with a diet pill also to hl curb y appetite as ive heard it helps with the cleansing process. I ONLY WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH COLON CLEANSING. i dont want someone that has never done one before but only has a strong opinion, cause i know theres alot of those here. so please help…thanks its really greatly appreciated…and sorry for the novel haha.

sorry to disappoint, but colon cleansing has no recognised medical value.
