Colon cleansing, in the doctor
I tried searching online for a colon cleanse, but I just find the usual and Dr Natura the material home. What is the name which is only a couple of hours in the doctor? Not willing to share their experience? How it works Nobody nothing. 
I have tried Natura and it worked, but I can not do that every day is too hard.
doctors' offices do not do enemas or "colon cleanse" unless there is a medical need for it ….. do not really like doing them then, not good for you, throws his way electrolytes out of balance and leaves you exposed to all kinds of opportunistic infections. Yes, laxatives, such as Nature is hard … actually the word is caustic .. and eventually you become dependent on them, unable to have a bowel movement without increasing the amount of laxatives. your bowel does a good job of cleaning itself, as long as eating well and drinking enough water devils, does a pretty good job, even if not …. do not use artificial means to "cleanse" the colon, which does not really need it, and can do considerable damage.
