Colon cleansing?

I had to have a colonoscopy and they gave me this drink called fleet phosphorus soda…anyways it made me poo until it was clear, towards the end, I pooed a LOT of seedy stuff and popcorn kernals…gross and TMI, but could that of been crap that has been hanging out in my colon for a long time?

That rubbish (I almost said crap!) about there being 15 pounds stuck inside you or whatever is total myth.
It’s not true at all, I’ve heard doctors say this.
It takes 24-48 hours for food to go all the way through you.
