Colon Cleansing Eliminates

I've never tried cleaning. I've heard all those stories about having five feet of hardened stool intestines. I would try something to help eliminate that. Now do not think I could die of hunger in a single plane raw fruits and vegetables. I have read in colon cleansing pills and what they have. Would the same effect as if I was taking fiber pills regularly? Do not exceed what is for them, but just include my daily dose of vitamins? Has anyone tried any of these? If so, how does that work for you and what did you do?
