I felt tired and sluggish, with allergy problems and skin breakouts, and I'll try and get a detox colon cleanser. after two semesters of caffeine foods, fast, no sleep, work and school, I think would be a spectacular idea. I plan to do a raw food diet, but I'm not sure what to do about the colon cleanser (what brands, food, shapes to do, etc.). any kind of experience would be greatly appreciated!
