i need help weight lose?

i have been using the megan t with green tea and hoodia and i have been working out for 35 minutes a day on wii fit doing the strength training and doing the aerobics so far i have lose 6 pounds in the past week im thinking about doing a colon cleanse i am like naturally constipated anyways i have always pooped this way my whole life with the mega t pills i don’t get hungry anyways i only eat dinner but im trying to lose at least like 40 45 pounds by next year because i am getting married and i want to feel beautiful i weigh 168 right now and i m 4’11 i would like to get down to a 100 pound that’s the healthy weight right for my height and one have any tips i can do to help me lose weight and keep it off for good? anything helps thank you guys
