Colon Cleanse Question?

I did the colon cleanse by drinking a liquid laxative yesterday and I have been nicely cleaned out. My question is, how long I have to wait before I can do it again without causing harm to my body? If I did it again in two weeks would that be too soon?

I have no idea why you would need to do a colon cleansing every two weeks!? What the heck are you eating, drinking, or doing with your colon to make you think this!? I don’t get it?

People have lived their whole lives without ever doing something like this at all, ever! So again, don’t get it.
