Colon Cleansing Herbs

My mom convinced me to do this colon cleansing with it. You just take a pill full of herbs and fibers ….& doing your job. Well, I've been taking it for 3 days. Today I got cramps and tonight I noticed blood in the stool. I'm not talking about the chains of blood ….. much blood. For those of you who have made a clean …… Have you experienced anything like this? Is it normal to experience this for a cleaning? We are here mostly adults do not?! Therefore, I would appreciate only answers to grow! I do not have a recommendation from Dr. just sort of made this for us themselves. And I have not done any pre-clean it.
ok first of all to the person who said that the body does its job … je you have not had to deal with the Columbus I just finished compacted with dealin for 3 years after I started taking the cleaners … try not to spend anything for almost a month at a time .. back to the question. Am agree that it is very possible you disturbed an intestinal parasite. or cleaner you are taking is difficult for the small .. you could go to your doctor or alternative medicine doc, and tell them your situation. Colic is something I've dealt with a lot to make cleaning products, reducing the amount you are taking and that must disappear.
