Colon cleansing?

I was very constipated as a child and even now sometimes struggle to have a bowel movement a week. I've started have more fiber, fresh vegetables and lots of water, but I worry that there is a "backlog" of excrement inside me, perhaps years, which will remain and poison me unless you flush it out. Do I need to clean my colon or a high fiber diet only clean my interior? Make household cleaning kits work? What of colonic irrigation? What is the best option for someone with a low budget? I'm also kind of skeptical of the insanity of colon cleansing is a huge scam. I do not think that one of the major brands, blessedherbs has even been approved by the FDA.

This is a myth. If you had actually waste in your colon, even for a couple of weeks going to die. I've heard this from time to time brought out usually people trying to sell something. If you think there is really a problem to see a doctor otherwise you may need a fiber supplement.
