Colon Cleansing Home Methods

I would clean my colon! However, drinking lemonade for ten days only does not seem to be a safe way of doing things (I live in Arizona and trust me, when is 120 out of you do not want to be running on E). Is there a method safe and effective for colon cleansing, which includes some food? TY in advance anyone!
This is a great question and having done all types of cleaning, as well living in Arizona, I agree that fasting is the lemon drink last thing you want to do. Not a great website that details some other easy ways to clean colon at home, including high-fiber diet, raw food diet and herbal cleansing home.
