is best colon cleansing or colon hydrotherapy?

is best colon cleansing or colon hydrotherapy? hydrotherapy and how different an enema? doesn't a diet tea do almost the same? Does anyone know from experience? I know a colon cleanse and / or colon hydrotherapy is supposed to clean the waste system, but is best? I would like to try it but I would like some more information if anyone has tried to help thanks. Also I tried diet tea that make me go to the bathroom a couple of hours later (I'm not often), but does not think that the cleaners can. Thanks for the info

did not really have a basis in science / anatomy. there is nothing that builds up in the colon or intestines, so there is nothing "clean". the best things can do for colon health is a diet rich in fiber and drink plenty of water.
