Help with magnesium citrate?

I was looking for an all natural colon cleanse. Last night "someone" from my local pharmacy suggested to drink a bottle of magnesium citrate. I took it at 9 pm and midnight there was still nothing. I figured this was a hoax. However, before 1 am my stomach felt like a mix of demons and aliens were struggling within me. I was and down all night. It's noon and my bunghole feels like which has been stung by a million bees. What I can do to the mouth of barrel burning and itching?

Ooooo, next time ask the pharmacist. Mag citrate does the trick, but it's hard! To take the sting away, enjoy a bath in a while, try Tucks pads, witch hazel, or an oxide Zinc cream. These are just some ideas. Take it easy today, and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Feel better soon!
