But when a juice fast, I read that you need to take colon cleansing, but I also read the sites not even mentioned. What is the best way to clean? and if someone can give me some great recipes with ingredients easily purchased at a local supermarket, would be useful. Thank you.
You can go on a colon cleanse, without the juice fast, you can go on a juice fast without the use of herbs cleaning colon. A juice fast will help your body with many things, it is easy to do though. Dr. Norman Walker was great in the form of juice before it was cool and fashionable who lived to be 93! Jack Lalanne juice is also great to see how healthy!
