Colon Cleansing Menu

From tomorrow I will start this diet: Day 1 and 2: eat nothing but fruit and water / lemon water Day 3 and 4: vegetables, add fruit to their menu day and nothing but water / lemon water 5 and 6 do the same with Days 1-4 Day 7: Add the meat and bread on the menu include a desert light. Water / lemon water I will only do this every day, but alternative. I I will not eat more than 1,200 calories a day. I am also taking a colon cleanse every day. For my exercise, I have this book that gives me exercises to do. I will also run / walk. Will I lose weight? If so how much?
The "colon cleansing" is just force you to lose all healthy food you are eating. Throw that trash out. Eat a well balanced diet that includes meat, dairy, nuts, whole grains. There's really no bad foods. There are only "most elaborate" foods that are bad for us. And eating too much food period. Any diet that excludes any food a fad diet is doomed to failure.
