im 5'7 i weigh 154 pounds: (ughh im on a diet now im eating right and excersising!. Atleast 35 minutes a day Monday through Friday. I took a little weight over 2009 i used to weigh 137 and with 154 im. I would like to lose some weight but do not want to look soft super skinny and I like having my ass and hips (: lol here are my measurements 36b / c – 32 "- 39" What do you think im also wondering if the cleaning colon works and makes you shed a few pounds as any Colonix.? advice or opinions?
