They told me you can do a colon, kidney, bladder and cleaning to do this diet two days. Day 1 8:00 a.m. drink 16 oz organic apple vinegar and then Cier every two hours drink 8oz of your last cup at 8 pm (no meal). 8:00 a.m. Day 2 and then drink 8 oz every two hours, drink 8 oz with the last shot to be at 6 pm. Then at 8 pm 4tbs mixture of olive oil and 8 oz of organic orange juice and drink. Anyone heard of this or does anyone know any other home remedy for colon cleasing (without enemas)?
Almost all colon cleansing products I've seen in the market these days is recommended enemas.
