what to use to clean out the colon?

I want to cleanse my colon and need to know which product to buy at CVS, Rite Aid, ETC. Im not going for a colonoscopy but wants it all out for me Can anyone tell me to buy what kind of laxative

There are products that are made specifically for this. Laxatives and enemas do the same thing. You should look around the section that fiber supplements are. Just read the labels and make sure you understand how their work before going to use it.
