Whats a good site to lose weight for free?

i want to lose weight because i am over weight, and not because i want to fit in to w.e. And i want a site that will help me eat better (which is definitely a problem =P) oh and not the colon cleanse please. no pills, or anything that i have to order (even if they are 100% natural)
