gallon of water every day. Good old fashion plain water, and your body will clean itself out just fine….naturally, without all those foolish products that are totally worthless !!! The only thing they will clean out is your wallet !!! You would be good to watch what kinds of junk you put in your mouth !!! Try and eat less red meat, and eat more vegetables…..You don’t need to turn into a “vegetarian wacko, just eat a little less red meat and less processed foods…….You will feel 1000% better !!!!!!
