I need a prescription to buy, cook?

I'm in this recovery program at Children's Hospital for people with eating disorders, dinner and tomorrow I am doing what is called the store kitchen, where you have to find a recipe, buy the ingredients, cook and eat it. The recipe must have a meat, a grain, a dairy and a fruit or vegetable, plus a tablespoon of added fat (for cooking oil or salad dressing, cheese or else I am using for my dairy.) Does anyone have any quick recipes healthy as you could use? Indeed, the point of the store to cook that I do not get fat, so they prefer to have nothing with a lot of fat and junk like french fries. A recipe that follows the Food Guide. Thank you. = D I know this is in the wrong section, but when I posted in health, I have a troll give me some garbage in a clean colon. Just so you know.

How about something like beef and broccoli over rice or orzo? Covering the meat, vegetables and grains. 1 tablespoon olive oil to cook the meat, then we all have that u is a dairy. Cook steamed broccoli first and then add to pan with the meat just before doing so. Do not forget the garlic:)
