I love tea anyway, I have a cabinet full of bagged teas of many varieties and flavors, brands so I’ll always drink tea.
Also, with that, how much is too much tea? is there a such thing as drinking too much of tea?
i ask about the colon cleansing thing because green tea and sometimes white tea makes me go. depending on what I eat, my bowel will come out pretty quick (TMI I know)

Green tea is supposed to be one the healthiest to drink. Of course, do not add any sweeteners or creams. The best thing to regulate your bowels is lots of fiber, meaning, vegetables! And stay away from junk food, which is hard for your body to do anything with. So eat healthy, drink lots of green tea, and exercise for loads of energy!
