Colon Cleansing Through Food

I have to eat a lot protein because I am trying to gain muscle mass, but I get sooo constipation! I know it's because i eat enough to drink enough water fiber.but and eating fiber .. but the coarse fibers (rice, beans) seems to be constipated me too! i take Metamucil, but I would rather that my fiber through food (I do not want to become dependent on laxatives, Metamucil is a laxative!) My remedy is to eat a large salad before dinner usual large proteins (two steaks, eggs, milk), along with some biquits potatoes.Or and maybe a can of green beans and a can of corn along with it.I am sure that constipation became Soo because I made a point and three months to clean without my crops replace natural bowel cleansing during Hurtz now my tummy all the time … ): Actually, I did not ask every Tom, Dick and henry .. Sometimes the vinegar in salad dressing is known to help in digestion. The vinegar also will release more of the proteins and vitamins in meat and other foods. Search Yahoo vinegar. I do not know what to tell you about the other. Citricel possibly treat.
