Colon Cleansing Time Frame

Question about losing weight? 10 pts?

ok so im 5'10-240 pounds. I want to lose 25 pounds and reach 215 pounds area.I start today a colon cleanse and eat three small meals a day, now that im Im currently unemployed to work out maybe 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. I'm also currently lifting weights three times a week. I know how much of a difference, 25 pounds lighter and weightlifting in my body and frame rate body fat?

This is almost impossible to judge. I am not a professional, so I can not sit here and give you statistics about your body structure and percentage of body fat. Besides, you're missing a crucial part: What is your current body fat percentage? I can not tell you what your body structure is look like just because I've never seen before, but I can tell you that losing 25 pounds will certainly reduce the horizontal size. 25 of the 240 is very close to a 10% of its weight. Believe it or not, not even 5% is a substantial difference. So to answer your question, 25 pounds lost will make a pretty significant shift, in terms of their appearance. Safe weight loss, do not over do it. Trying to do everything in one day in excess of your body and can cause other physical symptoms. On the positive side, if you believe 25 pounds did not work, then you can always lose more weight.
