I’m pretty sure I have an enlarged colon (megacolon). I have symptoms such as chest pains when eating fats or sugar and rapid heart beat. What foods can i eat without pain and how can i cleanse my colon?
Plain Chicken and Rice from japanese or Panda, Banana, plain chicken broth. There is a website called help for IBS which has good info. Avoid red meat, fats and most dairy. See a gastro speciality doctor.
