i’ve been doing colonics with an enema kit and a lot of stuff has come out so it has been very successful. how is this different than going to a colon hydrotherapy place where I think they do colonics a little differently? also any ideas for other types of cleansing I should do?
Hi Guy, you can get similar results of a colonic by doing a series enemas in five different positions. I have been using this theory for many years and it is allot cheaper.
