what is the difference between a colon cleanse, an enema, and a laxative?

i’m interested in doing an enema. if i do one, will i get bloatd? how long will it take to “cleanse” me
does it hurt? will it be diarrhea?

You don’t say why you want to do this to your body. Have you pain, diahrroea, constipation? Your first point of call should be your own Doctor if you are concerned. You should never self-medicate, take professional advice first. Your body is very clever and will give you signals when things are wrong. Perhaps you are not eating properly – are you getting enough fibre by eating wholemeal bread, leafy vegetables, and avoiding fast food and too many carbs? Never, never do an enema by yourself, that is so dangerous. Go to your Doc and ask for his/her advice. Take care.
