can exercise fasting / cleansing?

My sister and I are thinking of doing this colon cleansing http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Secret-Irwin-Naturals-Ultimate/dp/B0016BCW12/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top fast that I am doing just to reset my body on the other hand, is doing quite a bit overweight lose weight. I was hoping that maybe I would teach some of the exercises I do to stay fit, but was not sure if it is assumed that the exercise of this cleaner / faster. all you can have is water for 5 days (And fiber powder / tablets) thanks for the help:)

I would never recommend 5 days, maybe one day a week maximum. It is very good and I made a last Tuesday and felt fine afterwards. As for your sister will not do to lose weight, she began again when you return to your normal diet. Exercise not recommended as the body needs to rest to clean, but I played soccer for an hour and there was nothing wrong with me.
