Colon Cleansing With Juices

I started my juice fast last Monday on the 3rd of January and did all Juice until Friday. The 2nd and 3rd day, I detoxed. After I notice my metabolism decreasing, I started my colon cleanse which helped. Saturday and Sunday, I only did water. I did not have a very good BM. Monday, I started fresh fruit. I am feeling constipated.
Along with the colon cleanse, I am taking a daily multivitamin, and veggie supplements. Why am I still constipated.
If this is important, I am eating 5-6 fruit a day: Apples, tangerines, pineapples, blueberries, watermelon, and bananas. I am drinking 8-12 oz of water before and after each meal. I am not drinking juice at all this week. Only water.
Because, your colon is trying to eliminate old, hard, compacted feces. You intestines will harbor this fecal matter and when you do a juice fast/colon cleanse it sometimes difficult to “pass” because of how old and hard it is.
I don’t mean to be gross, but thats just how it is. I suggest also drinking a little organic prune juice to help it pass.
